FAQ

How should a glass cutting machine be maintained?
Follow the machine manual for routine checks and scheduled maintenance. Before servicing, stop the machine, isolate electrical power and release compressed air as instructed to prevent unexpected starts. Remove glass fragments and dust from the table, guides and drive components. Check cutting wheels, holders, lubrication, air circuits and safety devices. Use the lubricants, quantities and intervals specified for your model. Electrical repairs and precision calibration must be performed by trained personnel.

What is the equipment lead time?
Lead time depends on the model, configuration, customization and current production schedule. Please provide processing dimensions, glass thickness, required output and destination. Once the technical proposal is agreed, we will confirm production, acceptance testing and shipment arrangements. The delivery date is governed by the agreed contract; transport and customs-clearance time are calculated separately.

How is overseas installation and commissioning arranged?
Installation and commissioning arrangements must be confirmed when ordering. Remote guidance or on-site service can be agreed according to project conditions. Before shipment, confirm site preparation, foundations, unloading equipment, power, compressed air and internet access. For engineer visits abroad, discuss visas, travel, local safety rules, interpretation and costs in advance. Wiring, commissioning and operator training must be carried out by qualified personnel in accordance with the manual. The contract defines the service scope.

What is the spare-parts lead time?
Availability depends on the part, stock levels, customization, shipping and customs clearance. Provide the machine model, serial number and part name or code, with clear photographs, so we can check compatibility, price and estimated dispatch. Keep frequently used wear parts according to operating conditions and the manual. The confirmed order determines the supply schedule.

What power and compressed-air supplies are required?
Voltage, frequency, number of phases, installed power, air pressure, flow and filtration requirements vary by model and configuration. Refer to the nameplate, technical agreement and installation manual. Provide your local power specifications and available air supply before ordering. The machine must be reliably grounded; qualified personnel must make electrical and pneumatic connections. Do not connect supplies without confirmation.

Can the equipment integrate with third-party software?
Integration depends on the control system, software version, interface protocol and licensing. Provide the third-party software name and version, required data or file formats and intended workflow, such as order import, nesting-data transfer or production-status reporting. Our technical team must evaluate the interface, conduct sample or live tests and agree the development scope, cost and acceptance criteria before confirming compatibility and implementation.
